1. About Our Platform

LIORA HOUSE operates a combined online and offline platform offering: (a) handcrafted press-on nails available for purchase through our online store; and (b) organic nail treatment services available by appointment at our Chiang Mai atelier. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile experience, and in-store services.

By creating an account, placing an order, booking an appointment, or otherwise using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Account Registration & Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All information you provide must be accurate and up to date.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must not create multiple accounts, impersonate others, or use false information.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Online Orders & Payments

3.1 Placing Orders

When you place an order through our online store, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We will confirm your order via email. An order is not considered accepted until we send the confirmation and your payment has been successfully processed.

3.2 Pricing & Currency

  • All base prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB). Display prices in other currencies are provided for convenience and are based on approximate exchange rates.
  • The final charge is always calculated in THB and converted to your selected currency at checkout.
  • Prices are inclusive of VAT (7%) unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a price correction affects your order, we will notify you before processing.

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept credit/debit cards processed securely through Stripe, as well as LIORA HOUSE wallet balance. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

3.4 Coupons & Promotions

  • Coupon codes are subject to validity periods, minimum order amounts, and per-user usage limits.
  • Coupons cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
  • We reserve the right to void coupons obtained through fraud or error.

4. In-Store Appointments & Bookings

  • Appointments are subject to availability and must be booked through our website or by contacting us directly.
  • Payment for services is required at the time of booking.
  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened service duration or rescheduling.
  • If you have allergies, sensitive skin, or medical conditions affecting your hands or nails, please inform us at the time of booking.

5. Wallet, Loyalty Points & Membership

5.1 LIORA HOUSE Wallet

  • The wallet is a prepaid balance feature for making purchases and booking services.
  • Wallet funds are non-transferable and, unless required by applicable law, non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to adjust wallet balances in cases of system errors or fraud.

5.2 Loyalty Points

  • Points are earned through qualifying purchases, service bookings, and approved reviews.
  • Point earning rates may vary and are subject to change with notice.
  • Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
  • We reserve the right to adjust point balances in cases of returns, cancellations, or fraudulent activity.

5.3 Membership Tiers

  • Membership tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond) is determined by cumulative points earned.
  • Tier benefits are described on our membership page and may be updated from time to time.
  • We reserve the right to modify tier thresholds and benefits with reasonable notice.

6. User Reviews & Content

  • You may submit reviews for products you have purchased or services you have received.
  • Reviews must be honest, based on your genuine experience, and not contain offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.
  • By submitting a review, you grant LIORA HOUSE a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute your review on our platform and marketing materials.
  • We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines without notice.
  • Fraudulent reviews (including incentivised positive reviews or competitor sabotage) may result in account action.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform — including text, images, logos, product designs, nail art designs, and software — is the property of LIORA HOUSE or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Our platform and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or services.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we will post the revised Terms with an updated date and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through our platform. Your continued use of our services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
