Booking & Appointment Policy

1. How to Book
- Appointments can be booked through our website at liorahouse.net/services/booking.
- You may also book by contacting us directly via LINE or phone.
- Bookings are subject to availability of your preferred date, time, and artist.
- A confirmed booking will be sent to the email address you provide.
2. Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
- Payment can be made via credit/debit card (through Stripe) or LIORA HOUSE wallet balance.
- Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Cancellation by the Customer
- More than 24 hours before the appointment: Full refund to the original payment method or wallet credit.
- 12–24 hours before the appointment: 50% refund or full wallet credit for future use.
- Less than 12 hours before the appointment: No refund. The full amount is forfeited.
- No-show: No refund and no rescheduling credit.
3.2 Cancellation by LIORA HOUSE
In rare cases (artist illness, emergency, or force majeure), we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In such cases, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a rescheduled appointment at a time convenient for you.
4. Rescheduling
- You may reschedule your appointment free of charge if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment are treated as a cancellation and are subject to the cancellation policy above.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability.
5. Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment to accommodate subsequent appointments.
- Arrivals more than 30 minutes late may be treated as a no-show.
6. Health & Safety
- Please inform us at the time of booking if you have any allergies, sensitive skin, or health conditions affecting your hands or nails.
- Our technicians use 10-Free formulations and organic products, but individual sensitivities may vary.
- If you experience any adverse reaction during a treatment, please inform your technician immediately.
