We ship our handcrafted press-on nail sets from Chiang Mai, Thailand. This policy covers domestic and international shipping options, estimated delivery times, and related fees.

Delivery estimates are measured in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Thai public holidays) from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.
3. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- Custom or made-to-order sets may require an additional 3–5 business days for production before dispatch.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking information (where available).
4. Tracking
Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments where the carrier supports it. You can track your order status through the carrier’s website or by contacting our support team.
5. Customs & Import Duties (International)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
- For shipments confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, customs, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
