Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and returns are accepted for both press-on nail products and in-store nail treatment services.

2. Press-On Nail Products (Online Orders)

2.1 Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Custom or personalised nail sets are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2.2 Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

2.3 How to Return

  • Contact our support team at support@liorahouse.net with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide return shipping instructions once your return request is approved.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

2.4 Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (card or wallet).
  • Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3. In-Store Nail Treatment Services

  • Service fees are generally non-refundable once the service has been performed.
  • If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please speak with your technician or contact us within 24 hours. We will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include a complimentary correction or partial credit.
  • For cancellations and rescheduling, please refer to our Booking & Appointment Policy.

4. Wallet Refunds

  • If a refund is applied to your LIORA HOUSE wallet, the credited amount will be available immediately for future purchases or bookings.
  • Wallet top-up amounts are generally non-refundable to the original payment method. In exceptional circumstances, please contact support.

5. Loyalty Points & Coupons

  • Points earned on a refunded order will be deducted from your points balance.
  • If a coupon was used on a refunded order, the coupon may or may not be reinstated at our discretion.
