Membership, Points & Wallet Terms

1. LIORA HOUSE Membership Programme
All registered LIORA HOUSE customers are automatically enrolled in our membership programme. Your membership tier is determined by cumulative loyalty points earned over the lifetime of your account.
1.1 Membership Tiers

Specific point thresholds and tier benefits are defined in our system and may be adjusted from time to time. Current tier details are visible on your account membership page.
1.2 Tier Progression
- Tier upgrades are applied automatically once you reach the required cumulative points threshold.
- Tier status is based on total points earned (not current balance), so redeeming points does not affect your tier.
- We reserve the right to review and adjust tier assignments in cases of fraudulent point accumulation.
2. Loyalty Points
2.1 Earning Points
- Product purchases: Points are earned based on the order total (in THB base currency) after discounts.
- Service bookings: Points are earned based on the service fee (in THB base currency).
- Approved reviews: Submitting a genuine product or service review earns bonus points.
Point earning rates may vary by membership tier, promotional periods, and specific products or services. Rates are displayed at the time of transaction.
2.2 Using Points
- Points can be redeemed towards future purchases or service bookings on our platform.
- The redemption rate (points per Thai Baht) is set by LIORA HOUSE and displayed during checkout.
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or used outside our platform.
2.3 Point Adjustments
- If an order is refunded or a booking is cancelled, points earned from that transaction will be deducted.
- We reserve the right to adjust point balances in cases of system errors, fraud, or policy violations.
- All point transactions are logged with full audit trails for transparency.
3. LIORA HOUSE Wallet
3.1 About the Wallet
The LIORA HOUSE Wallet is a prepaid digital balance stored in your account. It can be used to pay for products and services on our platform.
3.2 Topping Up
- You can add funds to your wallet via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or approved offline payment methods.
- Wallet balances are maintained in Thai Baht (THB).
- All top-up transactions are recorded with balance-before and balance-after snapshots.
3.3 Using Wallet Balance
- Wallet balance can be applied as a payment method during checkout for orders or bookings.
- Wallet payments are deducted immediately upon successful transaction.
3.4 Refunds to Wallet
- In some cases, refunds may be credited to your wallet balance instead of the original payment method.
- Wallet refund credits are available immediately.
3.5 Limitations
- Wallet balances are non-transferable between accounts.
- Wallet balances are generally non-refundable to the original payment source, except where required by applicable law.
- LIORA HOUSE reserves the right to freeze or adjust wallet balances in cases of suspected fraud or policy violation, with notification to the account holder.
4. Programme Changes
We reserve the right to modify the terms of our membership programme, point earning/redemption rates, tier thresholds, and wallet terms with reasonable notice. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our platform. Your continued participation in the programme after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
